An integrative clinic supporting women through every stage of life, through acupuncture, herbal medicine, and nutrition.
Meet Fraser Cobham
AHPRA-Registered Acupuncturist & Herbalist in Nowra NSW
Fraser Cobham provides holistic, evidence-informed care for women at every stage of life. Combining acupuncture, herbal medicine, and nutrition, he supports women in navigating their cycle, hormones, and gut health, as well as managing chronic pain and conditions like endometriosis.
Grounded in Classical Chinese Medicine and informed by evidence-based research, Fraser takes an integrative approach. Rather than simply managing symptoms, he seeks to understand and address the underlying patterns contributing to each patient’s health concerns.
AHPRA-registered with over 10 years of clinical practice, Fraser continues to undertake ongoing training in women’s health conditions each year, further refining his clinical approach to support better patient outcomes.

More than "just an acupuncture treatment"
When you book a treatment, you’re not getting a generic, one-size-fits-all approach. You’ll receive a comprehensive consultation designed around your specific health picture.
A typical treatment can include acupuncture, herbs, targeted supplements, and individualised nutrition guidance. These recommendations are chosen based on how your body is functioning, and what’s actually driving your symptoms, whether that’s hormones, gut health, stress, inflammation, or other underlying root causes.

The Endometriosis Treatment Guide
The Endometriosis Treatment Guide is now available — a comprehensive 25-page e-book included with every initial endometriosis consultation. This resource integrates Traditional Chinese Medicine with current research to provide a holistic and practical framework for understanding and managing endometriosis. The guide explores what endometriosis is, its potential impact on fertility, and the underlying drivers of the condition, including hormonal, immune, and inflammatory factors. It also discusses the emerging link between gut health and endometriosis, and how digestive function may influence symptoms and inflammation. Drawing on Classical Chinese Medicine (CCM) theory, the guide outlines the Chinese Medicine perspective on endometriosis and introduces common treatment principles used to regulate the menstrual cycle, reduce pain, and support reproductive health, along with the TCM therapeutic toolbox of acupuncture, herbal medicine, nutrition, and lifestyle strategies. It also includes guidance on recommended tests, key dietary considerations, simple meal ideas, the foundations of the AIP diet integrated with TCM principles, lifestyle optimisation, reducing environmental toxin exposure, and potential therapeutic supplements.
