An integrative clinic supporting your health at every stage of life, through acupuncture, herbal medicine, and nutrition

Meet Fraser Cobham

AHPRA-Registered Acupuncturist & Herbalist in Nowra NSW

Fraser Cobham provides holistic, evidence-informed care for the Nowra Shoalhaven community. Combining acupuncture, herbal medicine, and nutrition, he supports patients in navigating hormonal health and gut health, as well as managing chronic pain and complex conditions.

Grounded in Classical Chinese Medicine and informed by evidence-based research, Fraser takes an integrative approach. Rather than simply managing symptoms, he seeks to understand and address the underlying patterns contributing to each patient’s health concerns.

AHPRA-registered with over 10 years of clinical practice, Fraser continues to undertake ongoing training each year, further refining his clinical approach to support better patient outcomes.

More than "just an acupuncture treatment"

When you book a treatment, you’re not getting a generic, one-size-fits-all approach. You’ll receive a comprehensive consultation designed around your specific health picture.

A typical treatment can include acupuncture, herbs, targeted supplements, and individualised nutrition guidance. These recommendations are chosen based on how your body is functioning, and what’s actually driving your symptoms, whether that’s hormones, gut health, stress, inflammation, or other underlying root causes.

TCM Gut Health Diet Guide

The TCM Gut Health Guide

TCM Gut Health Guide is now available — a comprehensive 50-page e-book included with every initial acupuncture consultation. The guide is a practical resource bridging Classical Chinese Medicine and modern nutritional science to support lasting digestive health. Inside, you’ll learn how TCM understands digestion, including the foundational principles behind Spleen Qi, the role of Cold-Damp foods versus Spleen-warming foods, and why preserving the body’s Yang is central to gut function. The guide also covers internal dampness and symptoms, along with practical strategies to functionally support and improve digestion.

Beyond the theory, it’s a hands-on toolkit: lifestyle considerations, key supplements worth knowing about, gut-healing foods to build into your regular diet, and foods best minimised. You’ll read about specific gut boosters, the role of fermented foods and eggs, why a pressure cooker is a genuinely useful kitchen tool, and an introduction to low-AGE cooking for long-term health. The guide finishes with recipes to put it all into practice. Whether you’re just starting your gut health journey or you’ve been a patient for years, this guide is yours to keep — a reference you can return to as your understanding of your own digestion deepens.
